New Castle County-DE Amateur Radio Licensing/Other Classes Classes Currently Running Technician General Classes Planned in the near future Technician New Castle County Citizen Corps and its Communication Corps partner are sponsoring an Amateur Radio Technician class all four Fridays in June [4, 11, 18, and 25] 2010. Books will be supplied at no cost to registered students. There will also be an ARRL-VEC testing session on Saturday June 26 at WDEL/WSTW on Shipley Road.
