FEMA Graded Radiological Emergency Preparedness [REP] Exercise May 18th and 20th in the evening, ARES/RACES will demonstrate on May 18th.

New Castle County Citizen Corps and its Communication Corps partner are sponsoring an Amateur Radio Technician class all four Fridays in June [4, 11, 18, and 25] 2010. Books will be supplied at no cost to registered students. There will also be an ARRL-VEC testing session on Saturday June 26 at WDEL/WSTW on Shipley Road.

EC-003, Revison 2 DISCONTINUED

This course is undergoing revision. Watch for announcements of upcoming classes when the process is complete.

EC-002 and EC-003 are being combined into a new Advanced Emergency Communications Course.

Notes:

Level 2 courses may be completed up until May 31, 2009 but after that ARRL will not certify any completion.

Level 1 will remain unchanged.
